The 9th MOIP Congress will be held on November 13-15, 2024 in Israel, at the International
Convention Center, in the heart of the Jerusalem, together with the Israel Orthodontic
Society (IOS) annual meeting, which is the most important annual event of our Society.
Our goal is to provide the most up-to-date scientific information to the members attending the
congress, and expand their horizon, in order for them to perform the most effective and
efficient orthodontic treatments and improve the quality of life of all patients. Additionally,
from a social point of view, we strive to unite us all again into the most welcoming, warm and
friendly atmosphere, in the unforgettable city of David.
Please let us know who is the MOIP Ambassador/Delegate for your Society for the 2-year
term from February 2023 to February 2025.
The MOIP Ambassadors will be invited to a face-to face meeting with other Ambassadors
and discuss issues of common interest, including the future of our profession, the orthodontic
education challenges in each country, the challenge of combining academic and clinical
practice and the election of the next MOIP President .
We would also like to kindly ask you to send us via e-mail a list of 2/3 possible
Speakers/Chairmen, members of your Society with a short curriculum vitae, by 30 June
2023. One speaker or chairman from each Society will be officially invited by IOS and MOIP.
Each Speaker will be invited for a 20-minute lecture, which should address one of the topics
listed below:
• New prospects & innovation in Orthodontics
• Clinical obstacles and ways to surpass them
• Skeletal anchorage combined with brackets/aligners
• Transverse dimension – diagnosis and treatment
• Interdisciplinary treatments
During the congress, the Speakers and Ambassadors will be IOS Guests for all the scientific
sessions and social events. Moreover, IOS will take care of their hotel accommodation in
Jerusalem for 2 nights.
